North Point Woodworks is the both the culmination of years of random projects and builds that I’ve made, largely for my own personal use, and the starting point for something that will grow into a major life goal I’ve set. I have been actively working with wood for around 15 years, and I’m at the point now where I’ve decided I want to make it a larger part of my life. I can recall some of the first experiences I had with wood working, where my mom let me tinker around with a small hammer, some brad nails, and a little hand drill that she used to make frames for quilts and pictures. Today, I’m making tables, bed frames, desks, coat racks, benches, tool stands, cutting boards, and everything in between.
